The National Assoctiation of Secruties Dealers or the NASD has issued an alert to all of its investors, and future investors called: "Seniors Beware: what you should know about life settlements." This is a good piece of literature, along with some very small factual errors and some bigger errors in empahsis.

To summarize, the article stresses that seniors need to make sure of all other options before deciding on a Life Settlement and their eligibility for services like Medicaid after the senior's settlement is cashed.
